USPS is currently experiencing extensive shipping delays due to increase in shipments, addition to the impact of COVID-19. We apologies for the inconvenience. Shipping and processing days

We offer free standard shipping with any $150 purchase within the United States. When you make a purchase, the shipping charge is estimated in your cart, and will be presented to you during the checkout process

Please Note: All items are handmade and require time to create. This is the beauty of handmade pieces that are made just for you. Production and shipping are two different categories to consider when purchasing. We are not responsible for late shipment due to the courier's delays. Production time is 5-7 business days not including weekends or holidays. Any order placed after 3pm will not be considered the start of the production time. Production time begins next day, please keep this in mind when purchasing. Need an order rushed? Choose "RUSH THIS ORDER" in checkout and production time will be deducted to 2-3 Business days. If an item can not be rushed, you will be notified via email or any form of contact that was chosen.

Returns & Repairs

*Please note that repairs and resizing are forever. After 1 year fees may apply.

1. Most items are refundable, if an item is not returnable it will be stated in the description, these items are personalized pieces, diamond pieces. It is very important to read thorough each description in the item you are considering and our return policy. Purchasing an item from us is agreeing to our return policy.

2.If you need help with an existing piece, a different font, or size, please reach out to customer care team to start the resizing or rework done

3.If you would like to return or exchange opened or used Metalvine pieces, please contact Metalvine Customer Service at with your Order number and Product that you are returning or exchanging in the subject line.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
