USPS is currently experiencing extensive shipping delays due to increase in shipments, addition to the impact of COVID-19. We apologies for the inconvenience. Shipping and processing days

We offer free standard shipping with any pre-tax $100 purchase within the United States. For any orders below $50 before tax or non-standard shipping methods, shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket, and will be presented to you during the checkout process. You have 2 days to notify Metalvine using the contact information below of any wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase in accordance with the provisions set forth in this section or Metalvine cannot be held responsible for these issues.
 

We strive to keep all products sold on the site in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment including most handmade pieces that need to be customized, engraved, special orders. In Processing days is indicated on the product page. Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically 2-3 business day) is required for processing in-stock orders and 4-7 business days for other items.

Returns & Repairs

*Please note that repairs and resizing are forever. After 1 year, fees may apply.

1. Most items are refundable, if an item is not returnable it will be stated in the description, these items are personalized pieces, diamond pieces.

2.If you need help with an existing piece, a different font, or size, please reach out to customer care team to start the resizing or rework done hello@metalvinejewelry.com

3.If you would like to return or exchange opened or used Metalvine pieces, please contact Metalvine Customer Service at hello@metalvinejewelry.com with your Order number and Product that you are returning or exchanging in the subject line.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
