Handmade pieces take time. Production time is 5 Business days (not including weekends or holidays) and once it ships it can take up 4 business days to arrive. Choosing faster shipping in checkout will allow your package to arrive to you faster once production is finished. Please Note: While you can choose faster shipping, items still need to be created. Please keep this in mind. Upgraded shipping is only the shipping time.
Cancelations are approved within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders can not be canceled.
Please note: Once items are shipped on our end, we have no control of shipping. We can help you locate your package, provide you with tracking number however once an item is shipped by Metalvine, shipping is controlled by the shipping courier. Although we will try our best to help you, we are not responsible for delayed packages.
Unfortunately, personalized items and items that have the description as not refundable, can not be returned. We take pride in our work and try our best to provide high quality pieces.
If your package is lost in mail, we will do our best to help you file a claim and locate your package. We also provide shipping insurance if a package does not arrive to you. An extensive research will be done to first locate your package before proceeding with the shipping insurance.

Choosing upgraded shipping will allow your package to arrive sooner when it ships, however all items still need to go through a processing phase of 5-15 Business Days. Need your order for a certain date? Email us and we can help. If we receive no estimated date nor email stating you need your items soon, your order will made to order and processing days will remain 5-10 Business days.

You have 7 days to return any not personalized items or items on sale for a full refund minus the shipping. Items that are personalized, on sale, or marked as not refundable can not be returned. Personalized items include but not limited to:

personalized items, engraving or handstamped
