You have 30 days to return or exchange any handmade piece that is approved for a return. Fill out the form below to start your return, exchange or repair. 

Items that are personalized are not refundable 

* Please allow up to 2 weeks for a return to be processed. You will receive an email once your return as been finalized. Your bank may take longer to reflect the transaction

-Repairs and resizing are free up to 1 year. After 1 year fees may apply
